D4.5 WP4 Tools Usability Report

This deliverable reports the studies regarding the usability WP4 tools (services and core services) implemented in SPHERE platform. Heuristic evaluation is performed to improve and optimise the implemented prototypes. The study methods, involving expert reviews, are presented as well as the results, i.e., the usability of the tools as revealed by heuristic evaluation. The detailed results of heuristic evaluation are delivered to the partner in question but are not reported in the deliverable due to the confidential nature of them. Instead, the conclusion of each heuristic evaluation is provided by hiding the company and tool name. This way the general level of the usability of the SPHERE tools can be verified.
