This 2nd edition will be focused on: “Urban Digital Twin, how to connect BDTs with Smart Grids, the simulation process, use of platforms and software”.
BDTA, Building Digital Twin Association, is an association that brings together the founding organizations linked to the consortium of the SPHERE project, framed within European Union’s H2020 program, and aims to provide a digital platform based on BIM to optimize life cycles, cost reduction and energy improvement in building. It has become an international initiative that fosters an open ecosystem to build Digital Twin environments in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Owner Operator (AECOO) sector, developing and publishing research, certifications, and specific assets to boost the development of the Building Digital Twin sector.
The congress will feature 19 speakers, world referents in the sector, who will generate new knowledge about the BDT. Also, 4 workshops will be held:
1. Ontology and semantics
2. Privacy, and ethics metrics
